“The Lenovo Way: Managing a Diverse Global Company for Optimal Performance” will be released worldwide on August 18, 2014. In anticipation of this date, Troy Nalls hired the Double7 Squad to put together a production team and manage logistics for the video promo.

Our partnership with Verrechia Studios has brought a new technological update to our video capture capabilities…we’re now able to shoot in 6K! In a nutshell, the images we capture now carry 3x more information than your average HD camera, allowing us to do things never dreamed of in post-production just a couple years ago.

The Double7 Squad traveled to New Orleans in early July to produce real-time video content for the My Black Is Beautiful Booth at the 2014 Essence Music Festival. Featuring Covergirl, Pantene, Gain flings! and more, we were delighted to be a part of Egami Consulting’s impactful activation.

On today’s HD cameras, much of what we capture is “flat”. Basically, the manufacturers, scientists, and filmmakers behind the technology know that post-production is where a story receives the final touches of enhancement and a flat image, layered with tons of digital data, allows the most latitude for creativity.
